Everybody is Somebody to Someone

Children are our future.  That is they are our legacy after we have become corpses.  Every child should be told that they are good at something, even if they are good at nothing.  Were we to not encourage them despite their deficiencies, we would be bad parents.  By disallowing your child self esteem issues you will shepherd them away from artistic endeavors, or at least only the respectable kind.  If your child is good at nothing, that is nothing to worry about.  Because of the recession, the menial labor industry is hiring workers with no experience for the lowest possible wage.  Every child's talents should be tapped to utmost.  We have all seen the toddler pageants and child actors, but how about infant action painting?  Or a sand castle architect?  As soon as you see an inkling of talent in your smooth faced offspring, invest in their future.  Eventually, they might take care of your present.
